Deposit on a  puppy will be in the minimum sum of ($400.00). This is a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, If the buyer decides not to purchase the puppy for any reason other than a medical one the buyer will not receive a refund. If for any reason the buyer wishes not to purchase the puppy from this litter they may extend the deposit to go toward a future litter. This does NOT guarantee same price and it is only good for ONE year from the time this contract is signed.

Breeder Agrees to take every reasonable precaution necessary to prevent puppy from becoming ill. The buyer has 48 hours from time of purchase to have the puppy examined by their own veterinarian if they choose to or are not convinced by proof of Vet Examination that will be given by the breeder at time of purchase. The breeder WILL ONLY refund the deposit on a puppy if puppy is determined to be unsound or ill. Note: A letter from a professional Veterinarian will be required and proof of death as well (if puppy dies). Breeder will send refund in 2 weeks or less.

The puppy will be picked up or delivered within a reasonable amount of time after the puppy is born and once puppy is able to leave his mother which is usually around 8-10 weeks old. If buyer refuses to pay remaining balance or more than two weeks go by after several attempts in reaching buyer for pick up/delivery by phone and email, the breeder may cancel sale of puppy and buyer will forfeit all deposits.
